Linda Marie Rose

February 11, 1956 ~ April 27, 2017 (age 61) 61 Years Old
Linda Marie Rose, a Tracy native, lost her battle with Lung Cancer and passed away on Thursday, April 27th at Tracy Sutter Community Hospital.
Linda, who was born and raised in Tracy, was definitely loved by all, and from the beginning of her life until her last few minutes on earth, she was someone who always made you laugh, taught you how to love, accepted people for who they are, to be the best person you could be and most importantly to believe in yourself.
Linda was definitely an overachiever; she loved the small town of Tracy and the people in it, running into friends and family at every crosswalk, corner store and market. She became a T.J.U.H.S. mascot, followed by taking the title of Junior Miss in 1974 and even made it to finals for Miss San Joaquin.
Though Linda went on after high school to follow her dream of being a cosmetologist and salon owner, her greatest achievement was her family. If you were to look up the word “loving mother” Linda’s picture and name would surely pop up along others. Linda was the type of mother that was at every football game, award ceremony, and practice for her boys. When it was her turn to be team mom and bring the players refreshments to help them have stamina through the game Linda was the mom that brought Pepsi’s and Snickers! She thought it was best and more fun than oranges and waters.
Linda could always be counted on to give you the shirt off her back and the last corndog in her fridge, she will be greatly missed by all.
Linda’s death was preceded by her parents Manuel and Rita Rose, her son Timothy Yrigoyen, her brother Danny Rose and she leaves behind 2 Sons, Nathan Yrigoyen of San Diego, Joseph Yrigoyen of Tracy, and the 2 reasons why she kept fighting her battle, her grandchildren Greyson and Madison, as well her brother and sister-in-law David and Sarah Rose of Sacramento, her two nieces Jenna Rose and Alison Malarkey of Sacramento, her two adoptive dogs Stella and Niki, her ex-husband Frank Yrigoyen, who through thick and then she always loved, as well as countless friends and family who she loved so much all around the world.
