Phil was one of the most intelligent people I've ever known. He loved talking history, and was never afraid to take a stand. He enjoyed witty banter. Above all he was a family man. He deeply loved his wife Sandra, his children and grandchildren. Rest in peace Phil...John Raspanti

My deepest sympathies to the Connors family. I new Phil from the Manteca Golf Course. I lost my wife this April so I empathize with your loss greatly. My wife had met Phil on the course also. She had various medical problems for several years. Phil would always ask me how she was doing and said to tell her he said "hello". I enjoyed his company and appreciated his kindness. I will sincerely miss seeing Phil out there.
God Bless

He brought sunshine in my life and I will miss him. I would like to have seen your face when you walked into Jesus arms.
