Ronald David Yost Jr passed away at the young age of 34 after a tremendous, fearless double battle with Lymphoma on September 28th, 2017 in San Francisco, CA.
Ron was born on February 1, 1983 in Hayward, CA. to Ronald David and Verna Lorraine Yost and graduated high school in 2001. Ron moved to Tracy, CA in 2012.
Ron worked as a computer technician at Lawrence Livermore Laboratory for the last several years, and was particularly known as “the funny guy” around the office. Ron’s achievements include degrees in Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and Associate of Arts in general studies. Ron was always striving to gain knowledge and easily made friends wherever he went.
His favorite things to do were going to concerts, cooking, camping, traveling to new places, trying new restaurants & hanging out with family and friends which he loved the most. Ron’s interests in trying new things was endless. Also how can we forget his huge passion for the band KORN. Ron will forever be remembered as one of their number one fans.
Though Ron left this world way too soon, we are all eternally grateful for the love, laughter and memories he has left us with. Ron touched so many people that he will be dearly missed by all.
Ron is survived by his loving wife Nicole, his stepdaughter Aliyah who he adored, as well as his parents Ron Sr. and Verna, older brothers, Jerry and Terry, sisters Michele Pratt and Natalie Yost, brother in laws George and Mark, nieces and nephew, Michael, Natalie, Sarah and Stephanie Pratt.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Doubletree Hilton, 7050 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588 on November 4th, 2017 at 12:00 pm to celebrate his life and great accomplishments. Please RSVP to Natalie at NatYos20@aol.com. Hope to see you all there!
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Ron’s wife Nicole and step daughter Aliyah. Donations will be gladly accepted on day of Ron’s Celebration of Life.
