Vicente Lee, known to friends as "Vic," was born on December 13, 1939 in Manila, Philippines.
Vic was truly a family man and enjoyed spending time amongst his children and grandchildren. On any given day, he could be seen rooting for his grandchildren on the sidelines and bleachers. He was a hardworking business owner and taught his children the importance of never being afraid to take risks and try anything. He always made everyone around him feel like they were part of his family. He had an infectious smile and would make those around him laugh with his antics and comments.
He loved working in his garage and building anything that required the use of power tools. With his dog by his side, he also enjoyed working in his garden and hanging out with his collection of birds in the backyard. He loved his persimmon trees the most and would often reminisce about them later in his life.
Vic peacefully left us on October 30, 2017, at the age of 77 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; his older sisters Helen and Natividad; and his younger brothers Victor and Reynaldo.
Vic is survived by his siblings: Virginia, Soledad, and Antonio; his loving and devoted wife of 42 years, Sonia Lee and their children: daughter Annabelle Lee and grandchildren, Kellan, Ava Lani, and Zoe; daughter Catherine Sena and husband Joseph and grandchildren Delilah, Tristin, Kayla, Mia, Brianna, and Joseph; his first wife, Azucena, and their children: son Patrick and wife Analyn and grandson Elijah; son Richard and wife Gina and grandchildren Charlene, Andrea, Aleeya, and Randall; son Edward and grandchildren Justin, Francis, and Marcus; and daughter, Anna Rita San Diego and husband Edsel and grandsons Michael and Angelo.
Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 South Central Avenue, is honored to serve the Lee family. Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 7th. A Celebration of Vic’s Life will follow on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017 at 10:00 am. Mr. Lee will be laid to rest at Tracy Public Cemetery, 501 East Schulte Road, immediately following chapel service.
