Mrs. Stroup was born at her family home in Red Oak, Oklahoma, on July 2, 1943, and she moved to California with her family as a young child and attended local elementary schools. Mrs. Stroup attended Tracy High School, where she met her high school sweetheart and future husband, Jim, and was married by the Rev. Eugene J. Also her father, Armon Rogers Graham; stepfather, Walt Simon; mother, Lacey Delores Simon; and brother, Michael Simon.
The Mass for Mrs. Stroup will begin at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S.
