Basilisa H. Perez, 98 passed away on September 17, 2021 in Modesto, CA. She was born November 9, 1922 in Rotan, Texas to Martin & Valentina Hernandez.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Fry Memorial Chapel. She will be laid to rest immediately following at Tracy Public Cemetery with be beloved husband, Severo Perez. Chapel services will be live streamed for family and friends unable to attend.
