Betty Lou Cravalho
October 19, 1940-September 28, 2018
Betty was called home to our Lord after a long illness.
She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She was born on October 19, 1940 in Iao Valley Hawaii, the daughter of Domingo and Mary .
Betty had an Aloha in her heart that we are so blessed to have experienced.
Always giving and never expecting anything in return – was her great example. Most remember her as an amazing cook, making pasteles and gandule rice for anyone who wanted. She found joy in the simplest things and enjoyed being with her family and friends , going to the casino’s , playing skip bo and going to her tai chi classes. Family meant everything to her and she made everyone feel like a part of our family.
She joins those who have gone before her, including her husband Paul, parents Domingo and Mary , Sister Mathilda Ortiz, brothers, George, Edward, Nicholas, Walter, James , Ernest, Adam and Domingo Jr.
Betty is survived by her Son Brian Cravalho of Alameda, Daughters Susan Canada of Tracy and Cathy Pauley of Manteca and their Spouses Jennifer, John and David. Along with her grandchildren Jordan, Brandon, Daniel, Matthew and Christopher, sister Dorothy and brother Daniel along with numerous nephews and nieces.
Mom, Grandma, Sister, Aunty and Friend……Betty…. We will miss you , but we know that we will be together one day!.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
