Charles Edward Decatur

Charles Edward Decatur, 71, passed away in Tracy on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. He was on October 2, 1951 in California to the late Verlean (Lewis) & Carl Decatur.

The US Army Veteran worked in the construction field for 35 years before retiring.
Charles is survived by a devoted and loving family. Including countless friends that he cherished dearly.

Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 South Central Avenue is in care of funeral arrangements. A Homegoing Service will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with viewing beginning at 11:00 a.m. The committal service will follow at 12 noon on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Golden Gate National Cemetery , San Bruno, CA.

Chapel service will be live-streamed via his tribute page at www.frymemorialchapel.com for those unable to attend. An online guest book is also available for condolences and special messages to the family.
