Francisco Felix Dumlao

Francisco Felix Dumlao, 93, husband of the late Juliana Miguel Dumlao, passed away unexpectedly Thursday 12/24/2020 at Sutter Hospital, Tracy CA.
Born March 9th 1927, in San Clemente Tarlac, Philippines, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Victor and Filomena Dumlao.
Francisco attended San Clemente Tarlac High School after which he then joined the Army for almost 4 years. He was WW2 Guerilla Veteran under the Regime of General Macarthur in the Philippines; he was an intelligence asset.
Francisco was also a member of the Legion of Mary here in Tracy.
Francisco is survived by his children and their families. Wilson Dumlao (significant other Myrna de la Masa Quilang), Nilda Olivar (Art Olivar-Husband), Winy Dumlao (Bihildis Dumlao-Wife), Magda Dumlao (Wife of his late son Marlon Dumlao), Frank Dumlao, Victor Dumlao (Ferdelyn Dumlao-Wife). His Grandchildren Paul and Anabelle Estiva, Abigail Olivar and Paolo Gutierrez, Madel (Daughter of his late son and daughter in law Neolito and Fely Dumlao), Jaiza Dumlao, Julie Dumlao, Yshane Dumlao, Ian Gunther II Dumlao, Jaxter, Jastin, Dexter, Dona Marie and his Great Grandson Jaxtyn Estiva.
He was a lifelong boxing sport fanatic, and his favorite boxer, Manny Pacquiao.
He will be most remembered by his being a joker around his friends and families as he wanted everyone to have a smile on their face and to have laughter as well, he biked/scootered around to visit his friends and families and his generosity to his families will always be in our hearts.
Francisco will have his vigil/viewing 1/7/2021 from 12 noon to 9PM at PL Fry Memorial Chapel, Tracy, a rosary at 7PM and his memorial mass will be on 1/8/2021 at 11AM, Holy Family Center, Tracy CA. Officiated by Dr. Delfin Tumaka
His remains will be buried in Alcala Municipal Cemetery, Philippines as his wish.
In lieu of flowers, family requesting for a monetary donation to augment his burial services and the transport of his remains to the Philippines.
