James Lloyd Clemons, 78 of Tracy, CA, passed away peacefully at home with his family. He was born on October 19, 1944 in Oakland, Ca. and moved to Tracy at the age of three. He was the oldest child of the late Lloyd & Hazel Clemons. On July 4, 1964 he married the love of his life, Judy McLaughlin, who survives him.
   James graduated from Tracy High School in 1963. He worked for the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for 38 years, until his retirement in 2003.
   James loved bike riding. Many people often would see him riding his bike through town. He loved going to A’s baseball games with his family, and any football or basketball game that he could. One of his favorite things to do was to have donuts and coffee with his friends every week.
He loved his family, extended family, and friends. James is deeply loved, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
   He leaves behind his loving wife, Judy, daughter, Debbie Toepfer, and son in law, Tim, daughter, Carol Clemons; and grandchildren Katie, TJ and Rebecca.
