Johnny Ray Jones

Johnny Ray Jones, 54, passed away at home on August 21, 2020, in Tracy, California. He was born August 4, 1966, in Martinez, CA, to Carla Thurgood & Patrick Jones.
Johnny met the love of his life Maria Lyne when he moved to Tracy in 1998. They have one daughter, Selena Jones. They were together all the time for 22 years, until he went to be with the lord.
He loved being outside on his porch listening to music and watching TV, his favorites were Everyone loves Raymond in the morning followed by the TV show Mom. He also liked watching the show Family Matters, and liked writing about his life in his many notebooks. He loved his family and his friends.
He is survived by his beloved companion of 22 years, Maria Lyne of Tracy, CA, his 2 daughters, Jessica Jones of Concord, CA, and Selena Jones of Tracy, CA, his granddaughter Janessa White of Concord, his 2 brothers Anthony Jones of Tracy, CA, Joshua Jones of NV, his 2 sisters, Christy Jones of Pittsburg, CA, & Lisa Self of Oroville, CA, as well as all of his cousins, nieces & nephews.
Johnny will be greatly missed, and he was loved by so many.
   A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Fry Memorial Chapel, with visiting hours beginning at 10:30 a.m. He will be laid to rest immediately following at Tracy Mausoleum.
