Lifelong Tracy resident, Shirley J. Mancebo, passed on Aug. 7th, 2020 of natural causes. At age 84, she had lived in her Tracy home for over 50 years until June 2019 when she moved into assisted living at Prestige Senior Living in Manteca, CA. It was there that Shirley lived until passing away with her family, caring Prestige and A Plus Hospice staff nearby. Mrs. Mancebo was a local bank teller, member of Tracy Grace Brethren Church and the Elks, co-owner of John’s Pool & Patio Service with her husband John, and proud mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law-Staycee and Gary Hall of Tracy-and grandchildren–Andrew and Eric Hall, and Amanda Smith. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, husband John Mancebo, and daughter Kelly Mancebo. A memorial service will begin 9:30 am at Fry’s Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave on Friday, Sept. 25th.Services conclude graveside 11:00am at Tracy Public Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Rd. Seating limited at the Chapel. Masks available and observed.
