Tomasa Espinoza

On Sunday, January 10th, surrounded by her loving family our beloved Tomasa Espinoza was welcomed into her Lord's loving arms. Tomasa was born on December 26, 1938 to the Parents of Felix and Bernardina Sanchez in General Cepeda, Coahuila, Mexico.
Tomasa moved to Tracy in the early 60's with her husband, children, mother and siblings. She was a homemaker dedicated to taking care of her mom and family. She had a strong Christian faith and walked to church every day to reflect and pray. She loved her faith, gardening, cooking and taking care of her grandchildren. She taught her grandchildren to cook and drive which she would say "get in the car and drive". She was fiesty and had a way with words.
Tomasa is survived by her son Jose F. Espinoza (Grace) of Stockton, 2 daughters Belinda Randolph (Victor) of Manteca and Lydia Y. Granados (Manuel) of Stockton, Grandchildren Philip P. Flores, Angelica C. Flores, Jose A. Espinoza, Marissa Granados, Michael T. Espinoza, Manuel Granados, Yesenia Granados and Celeste L. Randolph. Great Granchildren Noah I. Arista and Annalia Espinoza. Her Siblings Rosalva Ruiz, Reynaldo Sanchez, Elidia Castenada, Mary Lopez.
She was preceded in death by her son Joel Espinoza, parents Felix and Bernardina Sanchez, great grandson Philip A. Flores, siblings Jose G. Sanchez, Juanita Corona, Ninfa Garcia and and niece Sonia Garza.
A Vigil will be held at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 south Central Avenue, on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 6:00 pm, with visitation 4:00 -9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 11:30 am at St. Bernard's Holy Family Center, 12100 Valpico Road, Tracy, CA. She will be laid to rest at Tracy Public Cemetery.
