Zosimo L. Acelar

Zosimo Lopez Acelar, 91 of Tracy, California passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 in Modesto, California. He was born Friday, November 13, 1925 in Janiuay, Iloilo, Philippines to the late Francisco & Estrella Acelar. He leaves behind a large loving family including his devoted wife Filomena Torres Acelar.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Filomena Torre Acelar and loving children, Fred Acelar & wife, Gie; Danilo Acelar & wife, Siony; Roberto Acelar & wife, Marlene; Reynaldo Acelar & wife, Melanie Acelar; and Roland Acelar & companion, Menchie-Villanueva. Zosimo is survived also by a very large and extended family that he cherished dearly.

Mr. Acelar was laid to rest at Tracy Mausoleum, 8842 West Schulte Road, Tracy after a Mass was held in his honor at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 West Eaton, Avenue, Tracy.
