I was not close family of Hope's. She was a client at the Allstate office I worked at in Ceres. I spent about 4 hours with her one day and about 3 hours with her a few days later. As an insurance agent you talk a lot about family and who drives where and why. I really enjoyed my time with Hope because what struck me about her the most was the love she had for her family who I have never met but heard all about. But in all of the things we talked about - her evening job and her house I believe built by her husband (?) what struck me more than anything was that she had a fierce love for her husband, daughter and son. It resonated with me because I also am a fierce Mom. We bonded on that. I know this is a very late post from her February death. But I did hear about her loss back then. It had only been a couple of months before that I had written the auto policy. Although I had never met her family my heart broke for all of you. Your Mom (and wife) - a woman with such a strong presence and love for her family - must have been the glue that held you all together. I just wanted to write a long overdue sincere condolence to you all. I enjoyed my time with her and wanted you all to know what you already do - she loved you and absolutely gushed about you during our time. It isn't lost on me how huge her sudden loss still is and will always be. May warm memories of your beautiful Mother and Wife comfort you today and always. Hope was one of a kind. This never ever should have happened. I am so sincerely sorry for your loss.

It is never easy to say goodbye to those we love. Hope's kind and caring nature will be greatly missed. My prayers for peace and comfort for her family. You will be an angel for those sweet little boys on the way.

My deepest condolences to the family. I knew Hopie when we were teenagers. She was a very awesome lady. May God bless your family. And give each of you strenght. Hopie is in good hands with the Lord in heaven. 😥
