Theresa (Terri) Contreras
Theresa Contreras passed away peacefully with family by her side Monday, January, 23, 2017 at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. She moved to Tracy, in 2005 from San Diego, CA to be closer to her son Mark and daughter in law Shelly Contreras. Theresa was a parishioner of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, always stylish, and well known for her wit. She had a great sense of humor bringing laughter to everyone she met. She could be feisty, and always spoke her mind, but also very caring and kind. Theresa was an avid bingo player. Playing 6 cards at a time! Impressive for a 90 year old! She also enjoyed playing/cheating at games (mainly Yahtzee and poker) with her family, always with humor, her numerous crocheting projects, and word search puzzles in her spare time. She will be dearly missed and remembered with love by all the lives she touched.
Theresa is survived by her children; Mark (Shelly) Contreras of Tracy, CA, Phillip (Elizabeth) Contreras of San Diego, CA, and Helen (Mike) Austen of Raeford, NC.
Grandchildren; Theresa Macias's, Bernadette Pulido, Stephanie Bonds, LaReina Contreras, Anita Munoz, Emilio Contreras, Jeff Contreras, Julie Contreras, Stacey Adams, Kenny Austin, and Tiffany Bryan,
Great Grandchildren; 14 and 3 Great Great Grandchildren
Siblings; Isabelle Lucero, Richard Real, Manuel Real.
